The appraisal committee consisted of five experts, including Professor Han Jiang from Hefei University of Technology, Professor Xu Zeyin from Hefei University, Professor Ding Shichuan from Anhui University, Liu Changhong from the Anhui Provincial Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Institute, and Liu Chao from the Anhui Agricultural Academy.
