On February 11, 2012, the first English training course organized by the Human Resources Department of the company was officially launched at Zhongchen Academy. The training course lasted for one and a half months and consisted of 6 classes, with the class time set at 5:20 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. every Thursday. The main content of the English training was International Phonetic Alphabet and Business English.

Participants in the first training course were more than 30 people, including electricians, welders, engineers, marketing department personnel, research institute staff, and some relevant personnel from the sales department of the assembly workshop. Wu Manager, the business manager of Zhonghong Company, served as the English instructor for the course. During the class, Wu teacher delivered the lessons with standard and fluent English and a humorous and interesting teaching style, which was highly praised by all the participants. In the relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, the participants' enthusiasm and interest in learning English were aroused, and through this training, they were able to master phonetics and basic business English communication.

On March 16, the first English training program hosted by the company came to a successful conclusion.
