A learning activity on the "Top Ten Most Inspiring Figures of 2011 in China" has stirred up a wave of enthusiasm at Zhongchen.

In order to enrich the excellent corporate culture of Zhongchen and strengthen the harmonious and progressive public atmosphere of the company, the Human Resources Department will divide the 18 functional departments of Precision Work, Structure, and Assembly into seven sessions starting from March 31, 2012. Utilizing every Friday afternoon from 4 PM, the department will organize a series of educational activities for all employees to watch the 2011 "Most Touching Figures in China" award ceremony film in batches. The learning and education activities are expected to conclude by mid-May.

The company requires all employees to participate in the learning activity and write down their after-view reflections.
