Zhongchen Light Machinery will deliver the three main machines for beer bottling at a rate of 40,000 bottles per hour, namely the washing machine, filling and capping machine, and sterilizer. The washing machine will use a double-end deep trough and multiple alkali soaking, so that the total alkali soaking time is more than 16 minutes, ensuring a high cleanliness rate of the bottles and greatly reducing the breakage rate; the filling and capping machine will combine Zhongchen Light Machinery's many years of experience in manufacturing filling equipment with international advanced technology to provide a high-quality device that is full of Zhongchen Light Machinery's experience and innovation; the sterilizer will use a double-layer dual-channel multi-temperature zone and central heat exchange technology type, and the entire system is equipped with Zhongchen's own real-time PU control system. The three main machines fully reflect the requirements of energy saving, water saving, and environmental protection for the entire production line.
