Recently, the PET bottle mineral water production line filling and assembly line project undertaken by Zhongchen Light Machinery Co. was successfully completed and received unanimous praise from the customer. Lotte Group, founded in 1948, ranks fifth among the top ten Korean enterprises with annual sales of $30 billion, mainly engaged in food, beverages, logistics, tourism, heavy industry, construction, chemical industry, commerce, communication, finance, etc. Lotte Group is now the largest conglomerate in the Korean food industry.

    The waterline project is a project that Lotte's headquarters is very concerned about, and the bottle shape and cap are designed by its headquarters. The meticulous requirements for design also led to the repeated postponement of the actual bottle shape's launch, but the customer required that the entire line's formal production time not be delayed.      Considering the importance of time to the customer, we revised the production plan, and the workshop worked overtime to finally ship the goods on schedule. The project location is remote, and the construction period is short. In the event that the forklift purchased by the customer was not available in time, we had to rely on simple positioning tools to handle the more than five-ton equipment. The difficulty of the construction can be imagined. On the construction site, Chungceng Light Machinery people displayed the spirit of not fearing hardship or tiredness, actively organizing factory personnel to cooperate, and using old and simple methods to solve the installation problems caused by the lack of large construction tools.

    Because the project was a new plant, the operators were all newly hired and most of them had no experience in the filling industry. Our installation and commissioning personnel were patient and taught them repeatedly. This included training on how to resolve common equipment malfunctions, as well as training on daily maintenance and repair techniques.

    The acceptance criteria for Lotte Group were very stringent, especially in terms of filling level. In this case, the filling level was set at the neck of the bottle. Even a few drops more or less from the filling valve would be noticeably different in the filling level at the neck of the bottle. However, the equipment supplied by Zhongchen Light Industry Machinery did not disappoint the customer's expectations and successfully met the filling level standard, earning the customer's praise.
