Zhongchen Light Machinery is showcasing the YLGD series electronic valve can filling and sealing machine, which is equipped with the most advanced electronic probe volumetric filling technology in the industry. It uses a floating ball measuring cylinder for volumetric filling. The filling process is controlled by an electronic valve, ensuring a constant filling volume and an error rate of ≤±1.0ml. Adjustments to the filling volume can be made easily and without interruption during operation. The machine is widely applicable to the filling and sealing of aluminum two-piece cans for beer and carbonated beverages.

The entire filling and sealing assembly is mainly composed of a central pipe station, a high-level storage tank, a filling machine unit, a sealing machine unit, an outer protective door and safety devices, and an electrical control system.
Before filling, the O2 content in the can is lowered by CO2 flushing. The air in the can is purged out to reduce the oxygenation of the beer. When filling begins, the can is completely sealed from the filling valve, and the CO2 from the standby pressure channel establishes equal pressure with the filling tank. The liquid valve channel of the filling valve is opened for beer or carbonated beverage filling. When the set filling volume is reached, the electronic level meter sends a signal, and the actuator closes the filling valve, ending the filling process. After the can is left to settle and the CO2 pressure in the can is relieved, it is discharged from the filling machine and enters the capping machine. After the lid is sealed, the can is discharged. The entire filling process is completed automatically by electrical control programs, with precise and reliable control of time. The program has a self-check function, and the operation is continuous and stable.
The can sealing machine unit equipped with Angelus or other well-known brand's lid closing heads is used to complete the closing of cans after filling. The can sealing machine adopts a tilting material feeding track rotary rack lid-picking structure, and the lid-picking system is informationally linked with the lid-closing system, so no can is fed with a lid. The system monitors the lid-feeding system in real time and issues an alarm and stops the machine when there is a lack of lids.
The entire electrical control system uses PLC program control and touch screen technology. The electronic valve control cabinet is installed in the middle of the filling section and uses electromagnetic valve valve island centralized control technology and Ethernet communication, which greatly reduces the number of cables and cable joints, thereby reducing the probability of faults.
The external protective door and safety devices are designed with full visibility, and the protective door is made of floor-to-ceiling tempered glass, providing a clear view and making operation convenient. All the protective doors that can be opened are equipped with safety control switches, ensuring safety and reliability.
