According to the company's training plan for 2012, in order to comprehensively improve the professional skills of young employees in the assembly workshop, Li Director and Yao Deputy Director of the assembly workshop took advantage of the spare time during production and combined the characteristics of self-study among workers on the production line to conduct professional technical lectures and on-site training for nearly 20 young employees using a question-and-answer format.
First, Li Director of the Assembly Workshop gave a detailed explanation of the working principle and key points of adjustment for the 50 mixers, and emphasized to the employees that they must understand the working principle of the equipment before assembling the products and know which parts are the key points. This can improve the efficiency of work and the quality of equipment assembly. At the same time, he reminded the employees that some small parts are easily lost on site, and they must remember not to miss or under-install any parts to avoid causing losses to the company.
Then, Yao Deputy Director combined with the diagram of the washing machine to give a live explanation of the installation and adjustment of the washing machine. From the working principle of the washing machine, how to install it, which parts are the main focus of adjustment, to the on-site inspection of the washing machine, how to achieve cleanliness, reduce breakage rate, as well as the single machine output and the total line output, he answered them one by one on the spot.
The two directors conducted on-site training in a combination of technical theory and practical production, providing hands-on instruction and demonstration. The training content was rich and presented in a way that was both easy to understand and engaging. Although the training sessions were only 30 minutes long, they had a noticeable impact and left the young employees with a wealth of knowledge. They not only gained a new understanding of their own skills but also identified areas where they needed to improve. The young employees expressed their gratitude and said they would cherish every learning opportunity and strive to make greater progress in their skills and service awareness, not disappointing the expectations and love of the ZHONGCHENG Company and the workshop leaders for young employees!
